We have on site-maintenance available for scheduled maintenance and offer 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Sending maintenance requests on our resident portal is the most efficient, and it is designed to make your experience with us as seamless and convenient as possible. During office hours, our team can assist. After hours, a locksmith will need to be contacted.
Amenities
Connected Parking Garage Space Available for an additional monthly fee. Street parking is also available through City of Columbia parking services.
Our controlled - access community offers a fitness center, shared dining space, office lounge, co-working space with printing, bike storage, ride share lounge, roof top terrace with garden, and private courtyard.
We do not have a pool; however, our roof top terrace and courtyard are available 24-hours per day, 365 days a year.
Yes! Our community is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are important members of your family, and we welcome them on our property. For more information regarding our pet policies, please contact our team.
Energy efficient kitchen appliances, in unit washer and dryer, air conditioning system with electronic thermostats.
Our homes come unfurnished; however, we do have a partnership with a few local companies to assist if furnishings are needed (*additional fees apply).
Admin
Typically, it takes 24-48 hours for an application to be processed for approval. The process includes a thorough review of the submitted application and supporting documentation, background and credit check, rental verification, income and employment verification, and identification verification.
Payments can be made via the online resident portal, personal check, money order, or cashiers checks in the office. These payment methods offer convenience and flexibility for residents to choose the option that suits them best.
Yes - renter's insurance is required, a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage is required. Please contact our office for requirements.
Spectrum cable and internet are included in the rental rate.
Please refer to the signed lease agreement.
You will set up your electricity through Dominion Energy.
Cable, Internet, pest control, and valet trash are included in your rent. Water and Sewer is billed in addition to the rental rate at $55/month per home.
